Prewriting means to jot down all the relevant ideas and thoughts that comes into the minds of the author, where as composition means drafting the document into the formal form.

Revision is the essence of writing because without revision the writer is not able to pinpoint the mistakes. After revision it may happens that the writer finds any error in sentence structure or in the error in paragraph relation.

The invention /prewriting strategies includes scheduling of the writing plan, here the writer needs to question the instructor about various aspects of the writing project. Before to go for formalized writing, the author needs to have a look on the purpose of writing, must know about the target audience. The type of research must be the first focal point of the researcher. Brainstorming is the key to prewriting.

While composing the author must conduct the survey, narrow down the different factors of the research topic, and then develop the statement of thesis, after all that the writer would be at the position to create the first draft. Thesis outline is very important to organize the whole text in a proper form. The point which needs to be considered by the author is that the conclusion and the recommendation should be very brief and contain the nut of the whole thesis.

Revision of the whole document is very necessary; the writer should critically see the document in terms of the sentence structure, paragraph structure, spellings and grammatical errors, relevance of the paragraphs and points with the thesis statement. Add, cut, reorder and refocus are the four strategies of reviewing. The writer must go for proofreading by reading the paper very loud because it is for sure that the author can get the mistakes out of the document by reading it loud.

The author must totally rely on the computer to check the mistakes because the human mind is smarter than the computer. Computer is just a machine which is made up by the human so it has been proved that human mind is sharp if utilized properly. While checking the text the writer must check the sentence by sentence, and revising needs concentration. One should read the document very slowly because if the author reads fast then one can have a chance to miss the mistakes. The slang language should be deleted from the document. Reading the paper two to three times help the writer to draft the paper without the errors. Following are other strategies for proofreading:

The paper should be very presentable and the proper punctuation makes it more presentable.

So from the above discussion, we concluded that evaluation of the paper is the most important area because the audience always likes those papers which are without the punctuation, spelling and grammatical mistakes. The research departments in the academic institutes should encourage the review system among the students because this will lead the productive and worthwhile documents, because this system can give more value to the document.
