Bad Stress

Biology explains stress as a stimulus-response in your sensory system. As well as it’s a physical response to events that make you feel threatened or upset in some way. Our lives are filled with hassles, and demands, which can eventually lead to negative stress causing frustration and aggressive behavior. That’s called Distress means negative stress. Constant stress causes you frustration leading to a destructive life. There are many negative impacts everyone has to face while facing stress as follow:

  • It Causes psychological issues like depression, anxiety, mood swings, etc.
  • Stress may damage your health, like weight gain or loss, blood pressure issues, or any other.
  • Disturb your metabolism or overall health.
